Rainbow USA, a fast-growing junior, kids, and women's apparel retailer, is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations, merchandising, asset protection and expense control. You will lead a small team with 2 years of management experience in a women’s apparel specialty store.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, training staff, and ensuring store standards are met as Rainbow USA expands with 60 stores per year.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience in a women's apparel specialty store.
• Experience leading a sales team and driving customer service excellence.
