FirstCash is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and develop a high-performing team. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage customer relations, and supervise Pawnbrokers while maintaining asset protection and store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform duties for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
