Job Title: Retail Assistant Manager
Salary Range: $55,000 - $62,000
Location: Renton
The Store Assistant Manager supports the retail, production, and material handling teams. Working with the store manager and supervisors, this role provides leadership to ensure team member satisfaction and achievement of financial goals.
Supervises staff according to company policies and laws, including hiring, training, performance monitoring, and addressing employee issues. Collaborates with People Relations as needed.
