FedEx Office and Print Services in California seeks a Store Assistant Manager to lead a store unit with a focus on delivering a consistent, positive customer experience. You will supervise team members, oversee production, retail, and shipping processes, and assist in payroll and daily close-out activities.
The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of related experience, with supervisory experience preferred. This is an on-site, full-time position offering competitive pay.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Leads a store business unit, focusing on creating a consistent and positive customer experience. Assists in the supervision and oversight of all team members and business operations, monitoring and facilitating all production and retail processes, pick-up and delivery, shipping and quality control processes. Manages store in the absence of the Store Manager. The Store Assistant Manager is required to perform all functions normally performed by the team member.
