FedEx Office and Print Services in New York City is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations and deliver a consistent, positive customer experience. The role supports the Store Manager, supervises staff, and ensures efficient production, retail, self-service, and shipping workflows.

Leads a store business unit, focusing on creating a consistent and positive customer experience. Assists in the supervision and oversight of all team members and business operations, monitoring and facilitating all production and retail processes, pick-up and delivery, shipping and quality control processes. Manages store in the absence of the Store Manager. The Store Assistant Manager is required to perform all functions normally performed by the team member.
This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
