You will lead the salesfloor, participate in hiring and onboarding, and champion employee development while ensuring daily operations run smoothly and events drive community connections.

Qualifications

• Anthro brand knowledge or interest to represent the brand values in-store.
• Minimum 1+ year of retail leadership experience.
• Experience collaborating with teams and leading by example.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand representative to promote a positive store environment aligned with SPARKED values.
• Leads by example to uphold a service culture delivering extraordinary service.
• Supports leadership and stylists to promote brand events and community engagement.
• Participates in salesfloor leadership and guides teams to prioritize customer experience and store objectives.
• Involves recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and helping retain a diverse, engaged team.
• Uses resources to support employee development and team initiatives.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, store standards, restocking, and IT/facilities issues.
• Collaborates with partners on shipment, omni fulfillment, and markdowns.
• Provides feedback to optimize scheduling and payroll alignment with brand priorities.
• Maintains inclusive communication and shares store priorities with the team.
