Responsibilities

• Actively prevent theft, fraud, and policy violations by maintaining a visible, professional store presence.
• Safely deter and detain offenders following company and legal procedures.
• Conduct investigations, gather and analyze evidence, and work with law enforcement when required.
• Identify loss trends with store leadership and implement prevention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and provincial regulations.
• Adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.
