Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with CCTV and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety & awareness through training.
• Maintain a strong store presence on the selling floor.
• Partner with leadership to align shrink reduction initiatives.
• Monitor & investigate losses using CCTV.
• Incident response and de-escalation.
• Execute audits and reporting for asset protection.
