Six Flags Fiesta Texas is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead daily store operations and coach a high-performing team in a fast-paced guest-focused environment. You will manage opening/closing, inventory, displays, and cash handling while delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Cash handling experience may be required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to train others in stocking, setup, and display techniques.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily opening and closing procedures.
• Handle customer concerns, register voids, and transactional issues.
• Direct team members in the setup and maintenance of displays and sales areas.
• Support scheduling and staffing coordination.
• Coach, mentor, and assist team leads and supervisors.
• Perform inventory-related tasks using computerized systems.
• Model strong register operations and cash handling standards.
• Deliver outstanding sales and service to guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming work environment.
• Promote integrity, inclusion, and professionalism within the team.
• Lead store setup and merchandising aligned with visual guidelines.
• Document and respond to team performance issues.
• Support cross-functional needs within Retail Department.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.
