Responsibilities

• Perform standard alterations (hems, waist, seat, tapering, sleeves, seams, collar) per guidelines
• Maintain ~60 minutes productive alteration per hour
• Ensure garments meet high-quality standards with clean finishes and secure stitching
• Press garments for a crisp finish
• Keep workspace clean, organized, and tools well-maintained
• Demonstrate proficiency with tailor shop equipment
• Tag, organize, and prepare completed work for pickup
• Assist with inventory by monitoring supplies and requesting replenishments
