• Supports store management in execution of store-related administrative functions.
• Ensures excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and keeping the store clean and organized.
• Maintains Associate personnel files and performs daily cash office tasks.
• Supports Operations Assistant Store Manager with scheduling, expense monitoring, and inventory needs.
• Maintains proper Associate coverage to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Promotes and supports store safety, policies, and loss-prevention goals.
