Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Supports store management in the execution of store related administrative functions
• Ensures an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store
• Takes an active role in hiring processes and onboarding of new Associates
• Maintains Associate personnel files and cash office functions
• Supports scheduling, expense monitoring, inventory, and coverage across the store
• Promotes safety, labor law adherence, and adherence to company policies
