Retail Account Representative
Promotes the growth and development of the full portfolio of Coca‑Cola products, builds trust with customers by being the beverage industry expert, executes promotional activities, and ensures accounts are merchandised in accordance with company standards and the Stores Joint Business Plan (JBP).

Responsibilities
- Interact with and build rapport with decision makers at each customer location and place product orders while maintaining sufficient inventory.
- Manage and fill the customer beverage section, build displays, fill coolers, and maintain all points of availability, ensuring proper stock and rotation per company standards.
- Supervise and collaborate with merchandisers to assure accounts are stocked and displays are built in alignment with company standards and store management.
- Rotate products to ensure a "first in – first out" stocking system, removing and organizing product on shelves.
- Sell additional displays, new products, and other promotional items throughout the assigned store to increase sales volume and generate revenue.
- Ensure Joint Business Plans (JBP) are followed throughout the year by regularly confirming details with the Field Sales Manager and customer locations.
- Maintain backroom stock areas in a safe, accessible stack formation; write up credits and confirm pickups by bulk driver.
- Attend scheduled meetings and assist with special projects and events.
- Covers merchandising duties when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or GED) required; equivalent degree or certificate preferred.
- Must be able to operate CONA, Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on an iPhone and iPad.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver’s license; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
- Reliable form of transportation.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Compensation
Base pay range is $54,753 to $71,863 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
