Samsonite is seeking a Retail 3rd Key Supervisor for our Carlsbad, CA location. You will support store leadership, drive sales through exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards. This role focuses on operations, assets protection, and teamwork to grow the store and the brand.

The ideal candidate has retail experience, strong selling skills, and familiarity with POS systems. A high school diploma or GED is required, with the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work nights/weekends.

• Able to stand, move around the store, lift/push up to 35 pounds, and use a ladder.
