Job summary

Samsonite is seeking a full-time retail team member to drive sales and deliver a superior customer experience in-store. You will help maintain brand standards, assist with sales goals, and support daily store operations while protecting company assets.

A strong team orientation and willingness to work nights and weekends are essential. The role leverages your customer service and merchandising knowledge, with experience using a POS system to ring up sales and help customers select products.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

• Able to stand, move around the store, lift up to 35 pounds and use a ladder.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Utilize skills as a team player to help grow the store, the brand, and continuously provide constructive and positive feedback to one another.

• Demonstrate an ability to drive sales by understanding / explaining merchandise to the customer.
• Demonstrate accuracy and efficiency at point of sale.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability.
• Have experience in the retail industry, customer service, and inventory control.
• Possess excellent selling skills.
• Possess knowledge of a POS system to ring up sales.
