Tarte Inc. in New York is seeking a talented 2D Graphic Designer to join our Visual Merchandising team.

You will craft shop-ready graphics for seasonal updates, fixtures, windows, and pop-ups, collaborating with Trade Marketing, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams from concept through final production. The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years in graphic design (retail/production-heavy), proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and strong print production skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2–3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in retail or production-heavy marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Hands-on print production experience: file setup, specs, scaling, mechanical accuracy.
• Strong organization and time-management with clear communication.

Responsabilidades

• Create easy-to-shop graphics for seasonal gondola updates and permanent fixtures across multiple retailers.
• Develop artwork for promotional spaces including endcaps, tables, towers, windows, pop-ups, and in-store animations.
• Contribute to concepting and brainstorming for seasonal programs and live merch decks, offering ideas and visual solutions.
• Produce print-ready files that meet retailer specs, production requirements, and timelines.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing to bring campaigns to life while maintaining brand consistency.
• Adapt and roll out artwork for international markets with language and regional adjustments (translations provided).
• Oversee a high volume of projects per season, coordinating with Project Managers to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Manage routing updates and feedback implementation prior to release.
• Stay current on design trends with a strong understanding of the beauty industry.
• Support team initiatives by sharing resources and assisting during peak periods.
