Miracle Method is the leading bath and kitchen refinishing company in the nation. We are seeking a skilled Resurfacing Technician to perform surface refinishing services for residential and commercial clients, preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and restoring appearances with precision.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in surface refinishing or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow company procedures and guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing imperfections.
• Apply coatings and finishes to bathtubs, tiles, countertops, and other surfaces using specialized equipment and techniques.
• Ensure proper ventilation and safety precautions are in place during refinishing projects.
• Inspect finished surfaces to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their refinishing needs and preferences.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
