Job summary

Crunch, LLC is seeking a Personal Trainer for a California club to deliver results-driven coaching, build client relationships, and craft individualized programs. You will drive enrollment, retention, and client progress while working under the Personal Training Director to maintain high-quality coaching and accurate documentation.

You will also support retail programs and ensure compliant, up-to-date certifications and club systems usage as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current nationally accredited Personal Training certification (NASM or Crunch-approved) required.
• CPR and AED certification current.
• ClubConnect education requirements completed and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, engaging, results-driven Personal Training sessions.
• Create individualized training programs around each client’s goals and abilities.
• Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Maintain consistent communication and accountability with clients inside and outside sessions.
• Conduct monthly results reviews with each client and track progress.
