Job summary

Fitness Ventures LLC, owner of Crunch Fitness franchises in the United States, seeks a Personal Trainer to deliver quality sessions and educate clients on comprehensive fitness programs. You will help members reach goals and participate in broader member services to enhance the club experience.

Role requires an 18+ year old candidate who can work in the U.S., hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and pursue appropriate fitness certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required for all applicants.
• US work eligibility and age of at least 18 years.
• Certifications in recognized fitness fields are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding initial personal training experience for introductory clients.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs with education and guidance.
• Inform clients of fitness tools and resources available at the club.
• Set expectations, hold clients accountable, and track progress.
• Demonstrate safe and proper exercise technique to clients.
• Instruct members on proper use of club equipment and techniques.
• Support member services activities and fitness seminars as needed.
• Assist with maintaining a neat, organized club environment.
