You will conduct fitness consultations, design safe training plans, monitor sessions, and promote training services while upholding Life Time standards. A CPR/AED certification is required; a related bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• Experience designing personalized fitness programs.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instruct clients during sessions on safe/effective use of equipment.
• Conduct fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Promote and sell personal training services and manage client plans.
• Provide fitness floor assistance and documentation of client progress.
