Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer in Kansas to deliver results-driven training and build strong client relationships. You will design individualized programs, coach clients toward their goals, and drive enrollment, retention, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current nationally accredited Personal Training certification required (NASM or other certification on Crunch Fitness Certification Approval List).
• Current CPR and AED certification required.
• ClubConnect education requirements completed and maintained as established by the Company.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, engaging Personal Training sessions aligned with company standards.
• Create individualized training programs based on each client’s goals and history.
• Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Maintain consistent communication and accountability with clients inside and outside sessions.
• Conduct monthly results reviews with each client.
