Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Results Analysis Scientist I to evaluate the spectrum of data generated during bioanalysis and method validation, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. The role includes chromatogram processing, data review, and documentation support.

You will interface with study management, perform data transfers, and contribute to regulatory visits. A science degree and strong Excel/Word skills with good communication are required.

• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel, and familiarity with analytical software.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

The Results Analysis Scientist I is responsible for evaluating the full spectrum of data generated during bioanalysis and bioanalytical method validation in order to ensure follow-up procedures and internal and external regulations.

• Process, review and evaluate chromatograms by using dedicated computer applications.
• Perform follow-up for chromatographic results with the responsible of the study and the management.
• Perform electronic data transfers from various acquisition systems.
• Verify and evaluate generated raw data by ensuring the consistency of the sequence of events.
• Verify the accuracy of raw data included in various tables.
• Ensure that the answers are received regarding observations and that appropriate corrections are performed.
• Communicate information to the responsible of the study and management in order to ensure the smooth conduct of the project.
• Can be called upon to prepare and review documents during regulatory agency visits.
• Interpret analysis results and give his opinion to the management and to the responsible of the study on the data or the tests to be done in order to help to the conduct of the study.
• Verify various documents, reports, maintenance reports and equipment logs.
• Responsible for performing activities that are in compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies, Standard Operating Procedures and Operating Guidelines and performing other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• College or Bachelor’s degree in science or other appropriate field.
• Relative alternate certification may be considered acceptable. This determination ensures the jobholder has sufficient technical ability to perform the role.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills especially in the utilization of Microsoft Word and Excel and analytical software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, both written and spoken, with an ability to inform, influence, convince, and persuade.
• Experience in regulatory context will be considered an asset
• English level: Required bilingualism includes understanding various messages, exchanging verbally on subjects related to the tasks to be executed, and writing simple messages.

Salary Range

Salary Range: $35,600.00 - $69,500.00 The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
