Job summary

Ethos is seeking restructuring analysts to help train an AI model on professional presentations and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated slides across storylines, executive summaries, layouts, and data exhibits.

Candidates need 2+ years at a top bulge bracket or elite boutique with strong PowerPoint and writing skills. This is a fully remote, flexible-hour engagement at about 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start, paying $100/hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Restructuring Analyst at a top firm (e.g. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JPM, Evercore, Centerview, Lazard, PJT, Moelis, Guggenheim)
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: storyline development, executive summary writing, slide structuring, horizontal and vertical logic, data-driven exhibit design, and client-ready deck production
