JOB SUMMARY:

The ReStore Lead Sales Associate – Warehouse supports daily operations across both the warehouse and sales floor, ensuring efficient donation processing, inventory flow, and merchandising execution. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent experience for customers, donors, and volunteers while maintaining a safe, organized, and mission-driven environment. The Lead Associate works collaboratively with team members to support store performance and Habitat for Humanity’s mission

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Receiving of donation items, pricing of items and proper processing of all donations
• Schedule donations for the ReStore with individuals and corporate partners as needed using the VONIGO scheduling application.
• Responding to all donation related messages through voicemail and e-mail.
• Dispatching pickups to driver as needed.
• Creating truck driver’s travel route to maximize efficiency.
• Stock merchandise; rotate and face merchandise on shelves.
• Offers and provides positive customer assistance at all times.
• Assist customers by locating merchandise.
• Maintain good organization and cleanliness standards by cleaning and dusting area as needed.
• Helps to Maintain a safe and secure working and shopping environment
• Load and unload merchandise – donations, Deconstruction, business, customers.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in Annual Review Process.
• Ensure that all Habitat for Humanity International and Affiliate Policies and Guidelines are followed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Participate as staff support at the build site as needed
• Cross training including the ability and willingness to cover different areas at the ReStore, including and not limited to the sales floor, Cash register, donation scheduling and assisting with any areas in the ReStore as required by Management.
• Assist in ensuring the financial integrity of the store through strict cashier accountability, key control, and adherence to company security practices and cash control procedures.
• Authorize and sign for refunds and overrides
• The ability to work with staff and volunteers positively.
• The ability to perform Heavy physical work. Individually exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• Regular and reliable attendance required.
• Facilitate a safe and secure working and shopping environment.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• The ability to work standing up for extended periods of time
• The ability to work on a computer and a pricing system.
• Completion of high school (diploma or equivalent) preferred and experience in job related activities.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred.

This is a full-time position (40 hours.) Tuesday – Saturday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm . Satisfactory attendance is required.
