Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field.
• Current Colorado license or eligibility under NCA.
• Preferred experience in school-based settings or equivalent.
• Crisis and trauma training preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent on-campus presence during school hours to provide crisis response, individual and group counseling, classroom support, and restorative interventions.
• Conduct mental health, behavioral, and substance use assessments to determine needs and initiate appropriate referrals and restorative responses.
• Provide individual and group counseling using evidence-based and restorative practices; monitor progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners to coordinate wraparound services and safety planning.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to ethical, legal, and district standards.
