Qualifications

• An RNA and CNA license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of certified Restorative Aide training course.
• Complete and unencumbered Nursing Assistant certification in the state.
• Thorough proficiency in the use of Adaptive Equipment.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
• Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).

Responsibilities

• Deliver restorative nursing care.
• Implement individualized programs promoting mobility and overall functional independence.
• Ensure proper fitting, monitoring, and upkeep of assistive devices.
