Job summary

Fountain Valley Post Acute in Fountain Valley, CA is seeking an experienced Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to perform routine restorative nursing care per care plan. You will assist residents with mobility, dressing, hygiene, and activities of daily living, and support rehabilitation goals under supervision.

Qualifications

• Restorative Nursing Assistant certification and CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Point Click Care and basic computer skills.
• One year of long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with restorative exercises to improve mobility and independence.
• Support participation in activities and out-of-bed mobility as directed.
• Assist with dining, transfers, ambulation, ROM activities as directed.
• Accurately document care provided and report changes promptly.
• Maintain resident comfort, hygiene, and skin integrity; observe environment.
• Participate in RNA meetings and support rehabilitation goals.
