Job summary

Santa Anita Convalescent Hospital in Temple City, California is seeking a dedicated Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA) to join our team. You will provide restorative care to residents, promote independence, and support well‑being through mobility and activities of daily living.

The position requires CNA and RNA certifications, CPR, and English proficiency, plus US work authorization. Shift is 8 hours (10am–6pm) on a 4:2 schedule with holidays.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• RNA certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• English language proficiency required.
• US work authorization required.
• Geriatric specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine restorative nursing care to residents, including exercising and daily living activities.
• Encourage residents to stay active and out of bed unless contraindicated.
• Assist with mobility, transferring, ambulation, and range of motion exercises.
• Provide clean clothing and linens to residents.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
