Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct restorative care to promote residents' maximum function.
• Conduct restorative dining, ADL, ROM, ambulation, and transfers.
• Encourage resident participation with one-on-one support and safety precautions.
• Maintain documentation on residents in Restorative Program and notify changes.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance care delivery.
