Job summary

Carolina Therapy Services, Inc. in Murphy, NC is hiring a Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA/CNA) for a full-time position.

You will provide restorative nursing services to residents, help with exercises, mobility, and daily activities in line with individualized care plans. The role reports to the Director of Restorative Nursing and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to achieve quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or restorative nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver restorative nursing services as outlined in resident care plans.
• Assist residents with exercises, ambulation, and daily activities to support functional goals.
• Accurately document resident progress and report any changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
