Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation in Nebraska seeks a Restorative Nurse Aide to work with licensed nursing and therapy teams. The role focuses on delivering restorative care to prevent decline and maximize function for patients and residents.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, participating in care planning, training staff in restorative techniques and devices, and reporting changes in patient functioning to the nursing/therapy team.Licensed CNAs only.

Qualifications

• State approved certified nursing assistant program is required.
• Two years' experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Knowledge of restorative nursing philosophy and procedures is required.
• Must attend a minimum of 12 hours continuing education programs provided by the nursing center to maintain certification.
