Job summary

Larimer County in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Program Specialist to coordinate the Useful Public Service (UPS) program within the Alternative Sentencing Department. You will support restorative justice initiatives, promoting accountability, growth, and community connection.

The role supports meaningful work with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm schedule and involves interviewing clients, processing documentation, data entry, and collaboration with supervising agencies.

Qualifications

• Two years in a directly related field or performing similar duties.
• Reliable transportation to work in any County facility as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and answer questions about County and department policies.
• Interview clients for Court-Ordered Useful Public Service (UPS) and assign placements.
• Process UPS documentation and share progress with supervising agencies.
• Send reminders for upcoming deadlines.
• Maintain program files and records.
• Enter and update data accurately in department systems.
