Job summary

Portside Health & Rehab Center is seeking a Restorative CNA to provide compassionate direct care in a skilled nursing facility. You will assist with residents' physical needs and participate in restorative programs to enhance well‑being.

Qualifications

• Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing.
• High school diploma or GED or active enrollment in a high school program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents per care plan and supervisor directions.
• Assist with restorative programs and activities to support well‑being.
• Attend to residents' physical needs and comfort in SNF settings.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies.
