Job summary
Linden Court in North Platte, NE is seeking a Restorative CNA to help residents regain strength, mobility, and confidence. You'll work one-on-one to support daily activities and celebrate small progress.
Qualified CNAs with a compassionate, patient-centered approach will enjoy paid training, an on-site team, and benefits like a $2,500 hire-on bonus and $3/hour evening/overnight differential.
Qualifications
- Must hold an active CNA certification in Nebraska.
- Demonstrates compassion, integrity, and a positive image.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide restorative care to residents one-on-one to improve strength and mobility.
- Assist with daily living activities while promoting independence.
- Document care and report changes to the care team.
