Job summary

Opis-Senior-Services-Group is seeking a compassionate Restorative CNA for the day shift (7a-3p). You will assist residents with basic needs, including bathing, grooming and feeding, while upholding dignity and quality care.

Responsibilities include following individualized care plans, observing changes, and reporting to licensed nurses. Must hold a Florida CNA license and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Florida CNA License.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Experience in long-term care or acute care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized attention to residents to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial wellbeing.
• Follow the care plan and communicate observations to the charge nurse or care planning staff.
• Attend to immediate needs including grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance as required.
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and a caring environment in all interactions.
• Report incidents, abuse, or rights violations promptly to supervisors.
• Support a clean, safe environment and assist with routine safety and infection control procedures.
