Job summary

As a Restorative CNA, you will play a vital role in assisting and improving the well-being of our residents through various programs, working in tandem with the Therapy team, Nursing team, and Dietitian. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans for our residents

• Provide high-quality care and assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Participate in various programs aimed at improving resident well-being, including restorative care initiatives

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress

• Collaborate with the Therapy team to ensure effective implementation of therapy programs

• Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents, promoting a positive and respectful environment

Requirements:

• Active CNA license

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNA

• Previous restorative CNA experience preferred

• Ability to work Monday to Friday and every other weekend

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
