Hireology is seeking a Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to support residents with mobility, grooming, eating, transfers and ADLs, under supervision. You will engage residents to maintain function and prevent decline, documenting changes and collaborating with the care team.
Preferred CNA certification, at least one year in long‑term care, strong English communication, and ability to handle physical tasks including transfers, lifting with assistance, gait belt use and body mechanics.
