Job summary

Catholic Care Center in Bel Aire, KS seeks a Restorative Aide to support residents in achieving the highest practicable level of independence through ROM, transfers, grooming, and feeding assistance. You will follow treatment plans from PT/OT/SLP and document progress daily.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma preferred.
• Restorative Aide training completion required.
• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in the state of employment.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow plans of treatment from PT/OT/SLP for designated residents.
• Document programs and progress toward goals.
• Provide nursing care per community policies.
• Report resident changes to Charge Nurse or Supervisor.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and care team.
• Assist with daily activities: dining, meals, feeding, bathing, transfers.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
