Job summary

Laurel Court is seeking a Restorative Aide to assist in delivering restorative and rehabilitative care to patients and to support daily patient care activities. The role requires CNA certification and English communication skills.

Responsibilities include assisting with ambulation, ROM, positioning, self-feeding, and promoting independence while adhering to care plans and safety procedures. Weekly team meetings and continuous training are part of the role.

Qualifications

• State certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) is mandatory.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to patients in a manner that ensures safety and comfort.
• Assist in restorative or rehabilitative care as directed.
• Perform restorative nursing tasks (ambulation, range of motion, positioning, self-feeding) within training.
• Promote independence and document patient status and care plans.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and assist with equipment maintenance.
