TMC is a national therapy provider delivering physical, occupational, and speech therapy to long term care facilities. We are seeking a Restorative Aide who believes in the value of therapy and helping others.

This role supports residents with restorative programs and collaborates with the Rehab Director to ensure high-quality care. We offer growth opportunities, a culture of caring, and benefits including PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA experience preferred.
• Passion and patience for working with the elderly.
• Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort with performing tasks related to geriatric wellness and daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out designated restorative programs for residents (ROM, mobility, positioning, ADLs, etc.).
• Document resident attendance and participation in programs.
• Provide feedback to the interdisciplinary team on resident status changes.
• Attend facility or TMC training/meetings as requested.
• Schedule workload with Rehab Director and prioritize tasks.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines for resident privacy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
