Job summary

Arrowhead Senior Living is seeking a Restorative Aide to deliver restorative nursing care per each resident's plan. You will work closely with therapists and nursing staff to meet care goals, document progress, and maintain safety and confidentiality.

The role requires a valid CNA certification, English proficiency, and flexibility to work varied hours. You will support residents with daily living activities and restorative dining in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CNA certification in good standing with the State.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be able to work beyond normal hours, weekends and holidays when necessary.
• Must be able to relate to and work with ill, elderly and emotionally upset residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative nursing care per resident assessment and care plan.
• Record data and progress notes accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Collaborate with therapists to set restorative goals and interventions.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and follow safety policies.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and restorative dining.
• Monitor equipment and supplies for the restorative programs.
