Elevate Care is seeking a compassionate Restorative Aide (CNA required) to join our dedicated team. You will assist residents in restorative care and personal health goals, promoting independence and function.

Formación

• Active CNA certification required.
• Experience in restorative nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with restorative care plans and rehabilitation goals.
• Promote mobility and function through exercises and activities of daily living.
• Track resident progress and document improvements.
• Provide therapeutic activities to maintain or improve abilities.
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and progress.

If you are a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a passion for helping residents regain or maintain their highest level of function and independence, this is the role for you. You'll play a vital role in providing restorative care and assisting residents in achieving their personal health goals.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist with Restorative Care Plans – Work with residents to implement individualized care plans focused on rehabilitation and functional independence.
• Promote Mobility & Function – Help residents with exercises, mobility, and activities of daily living to improve strength and range of motion.
• Track Resident Progress – Monitor and document residents’ improvement and progress in their restorative goals.
• Provide Therapeutic Activities – Lead or assist in therapeutic exercises and activities to maintain or improve residents’ abilities.
• Collaborate with Nursing & Therapy Teams – Ensure consistent, coordinated care for optimal results.
• Maintain Accurate Records – Keep clear and up-to-date documentation of care provided and progress made.

Qualifications:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
• Previous Experience in Restorative Nursing or Long-Term Care (Preferred).
• Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Ability to Work Independently & as Part of a Team.
• A Compassionate, Patient-Centered Approach to Care.
• Ability to Assist with Physical Activities and Mobility Tasks.
