Job summary

Highland Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking a dedicated Restorative Aide (CNA) to deliver rehabilitative services under the supervision of licensed staff. You will help residents regain or maintain ADL independence through structured retraining and consistent supportive care, promoting participation in daily activities.

The ideal candidate holds an active CNA certification in Missouri, with prior CNA experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings, and prior Restorative Aide experience.

Qualifications

• Must have active CNA certification in the state of practice (Missouri).
• Prior CNA experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings preferred.
• Prior Restorative Aide experience in LTC/SNF required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Restorative Aide | CNA, you will be responsible for delivering rehabilitative and therapeutic services as ordered and supervised by licensed medical staff and in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. Restorative Aides (CNA) assist residents to achieve or maintain their highest practicable level of ADL function through consistent, structured, and controlled re-teaching and retraining techniques to promote increased participation in activities of daily living.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
• Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
• Prior experience as a Restorative Aide in a LTC/SNF required
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
