Job summary

Cantex is seeking a Restorative Aide to assist in restorative/rehabilitative patient care. Duties include helping with ambulation, ROM, positioning, and self-feeding while promoting independence. The role involves daily status updates to the Patient Care Coordinator and participation in care planning.

Candidates must hold a state Nursing Assistant certification and be able to read, write, and speak English. The position supports a team-focused environment and regular in-services.

Qualifications

• Must have state certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English at a functional level.
• Provide safe and comfortable personal care to patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in restorative and rehabilitative care as directed.
• Perform restorative nursing tasks (ambulation, ROM, positioning, feeding).
• Promote patient independence and report status to PCC daily.
• Document observations and participate in care planning & meetings.
