Job summary

Cherokee Center for Nursing and Healing in Canton, GA, is seeking a compassionate Restorative Aide to support residents’ recovery and daily living through personalized restorative programs.

As a CNA with restorative nursing knowledge, you will document progress, assist with transitions from rehab, visit residents daily, and collaborate with a dedicated team to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• CNA license and experience in restorative nursing philosophy and procedures.
• Ability to interact positively with residents, government agencies, and the public.

Restorative Aide Role:

• Participate in the activites departmet
• Directing and participating in restorative programs tailored to individual residents.
• Facilitating each resident's transition from skilled rehab services to restorative, progressive, and preventative programs.
• Maintaining restorative nursing progress and documentation records for all participating residents.
• Visiting each resident daily and as needed to ensure the program's productivity.

Job Requirements:

• CNA License with experience and/or knowledge of restorative nursing philosophy and procedures.
• Ability to interact positively with residents, government agencies, and the general public.
