Job summary

Manchester Rehab and Healthcare Center in Ballwin, MO is seeking a dedicated Restorative Aide (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility. The role focuses on providing restorative nursing procedures that promote resident independence and minimize disability, working under the guidance of the Director of Nursing and in collaboration with speech, occupational, and physical therapists.

You will coordinate restorative care with the nursing and therapy teams, develop and maintain resident files,

Qualifications

• Must have restorative experience.
• CNA license is required.
• CPR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with nursing, therapy, and administrative staff to plan and execute restorative care
• Develop and maintain restorative care documentation, including resident files and progress notes
• Review physician orders and therapy requests
• Evaluate and select appropriate therapy activities based on resident history
• Assist in developing and updating MDS and care plans
• Educate and guide residents during restorative care activities
• Encourage resident participation in ADLs and mobility exercises
• Maintain safety standards and report care modifications as neededPerform other related duties as assigned

CNA Restorative Aide Job Summary:

Manchester Rehab and Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Restorative Aide (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility.
