Job summary

PuroClean of the Chagrin Valley is seeking a Property Restoration Technician to join our team in Chandler. This role focuses on hands-on, detail-oriented work to assist customers through stressful property damage situations.

Ideal candidates have a background in water damage mitigation, fire damage remediation, or mold remediation, or experience in carpentry/drywall, with a path to specialized restoration. The position offers growth through re-certifications and on-site teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in water damage mitigation, fire damage remediation, or mold remediation; 5–10 years strongly preferred.
• Construction trade background (carpentry or drywall) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water, fire, and mold remediation projects at residential and commercial properties.
• Assess damage, develop mitigation plans, and execute drying, demolition, and remediation work.
• Operate and maintain restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, moisture meters).
• Document progress, moisture readings, and scope of work accurately.
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout the restoration process.
• Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure on-schedule completion.
• Follow safety protocols and industry best practices on every job site.
