SERVPRO Team Landers is hiring entry-level Mitigation Technicians in South Salt Lake, Utah. No experience or degree is required, with full training provided. You will learn a licensed trade and gain IICRC certification while helping homeowners recover from damage.

Starting pay ranges between $20 to $22 per hour, plus a $500 signing bonus after training. Opportunities for overtime and advancement are available, with a clear path from technician to management within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to be on-call for emergencies.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Respond to property damage calls and extract water.
• Set up drying equipment and demo damaged materials.
• Learn the science of restoration including psychrometrics.
