Job summary

Alpine Cleaning & Restoration Specialists in Utah is seeking a Contents Technician to join our hands-on team. You’ll respond to emergency restoration projects, help protect property, and work toward restoring homes and businesses to pre-loss condition.

We offer competitive pay $18.00–$23.00 per hour (DOE), overtime opportunities, and commission options on after-hours calls. Training and career growth are available in a family-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Work in varying environments including heat, cold, moisture, dust, and confined spaces.
• Ability to wear a respirator and other required PPE.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call emergency response rotation.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential and commercial emergency restoration projects.
• Perform water, fire, mold, and storm damage mitigation.
• Remove damaged building materials through controlled demolition.
• Clean, sanitize, and deodorize affected areas.
• Pack, move, and inventory customer belongings with care.
• Operate restoration equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers, extraction equipment, and specialty tools.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment.
• Complete job documentation using company software.
• Communicate professionally with customers throughout the restoration process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures.
• Wear required PPE, including full-face respirators when necessary.
• Work closely with your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
