Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI is seeking a Restoration Technician in Maple Grove, MN to handle residential and commercial losses caused by water and fire damage. You will perform mitigation, light demolition, water extraction, cleaning, mold abatement, and content handling while upholding quality standards.

The role requires driving to sites, meeting safety regulations, and providing excellent service. Travel, lifting over 50 lbs, and background checks are part of the job; paid training and advancement are

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous restoration experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to travel out of town as needed.
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

• Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers.
• Execute all work to meet or exceed applicable federal, state and local regulations and company and customer quality standards while providing world-class customer service.
• Become proficient in fire and water restoration, as well as mold abatement.
• Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC and ServiceMaster standards.

The role: Restoration Technician

As a Restoration Technician you will be working on both residential and commercial losses that were caused by water and fire damage. Job assignments include, but are not limited to specialty mitigation services, light demolition, water extraction, carpet and upholstery cleaning, mold abatement, vandalism clean-up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, content move-outs and pack-ins, and content cleaning.

As part of the team, your role will include:

• Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers.
• Execute all work to meet or exceed applicable federal, state and local regulations and company and customer quality standards while providing world-class customer service.
• Become proficient in fire and water restoration, as well as mold abatement.
